Jen
Loves to travel, especially to Greece but really happy to go anywhere, walking in foreign cities, meeting new people, eating out, cooking and staying in, going to the movies and dogs, especially her own.
Favourite Tour:
The Story of Sydney. As a born and raised Sydneysider I just love showing off our beautiful city.
Favourite Restaurant:
The Apollo for its modern take on Greek food and Bar Reggio for great value Italian, buzzy vibe and it’s BYO.
Must do in Sydney:
Any new visitor to Sydney must get out on the harbour at least once whether it be a harbour cruise, a tall ship or a simple ferry ride to Manly or Watson’s Bay.

Guy
Loves meeting people and hearing their stories.
Favourite Tour:
The Story of Sydney - The tour provides photo opportunities of the Sydney icons and takes in many inner harbour suburbs and allows guests to explore South Head at the entrance to Sydney Harbour and walk on Bondi Beach
Favourite Restaurant:
China Lane - Asian Fusion menu with a great vibe and consistent quality food, with sharing plate style dining. An absolute favourite dish of mine is the Salt & Pepper prawns where you cannot stop at just one or six.
Must do in Sydney:
Getting onto Sydney Harbour is a must, especially a ferry ride across to Manly with many relaxed style dining options on Manly Wharf and of course a gelato walking along the Corso to the main surf beach. I would highly recommend catching the Manly ferry back to Circular Quay around sunset to capture the memorable images of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

Luke
Loves photography, travel (especially road trips in Europe and campervanning in Central Australia), Sydney's Northern Beaches, English pubs and Greek Tavernas.
Favourite Tour:
Rags to Riches. There's nothing like walking on the same patch of earth as the people whose history you're sharing, bringing their stories to life in the very place those stories unfolded.
Favourite Restaurant:
In the centre of the city, Gowings Bar & Grill and Restaurant Hubert. For the full Sydney spectacle, you can't go past Aria at Circular Quay or, for a fraction of the price with an even bigger view, a drink and a pizza at the Opera Bar.
Must do in Sydney:
A round trip on the Manly Ferry is a must - and it must be the most spectacular public transport journey on earth. In Manly, walk the promenades on both the surf beach and the harbour beach. Along with breathtaking views and a great holiday vibe, there are countless waterfront cafes, restaurants and bars to sample.

An animal lover, in particular our unique furry critters.
Favourite Tour:
The Story of Sydney - a comprehensive look at our beautiful city.
Favourite Restaurant:
ZUSHI - modern Japanese restaurant on the Waterfront at Barangaroo. Nicks Seafood at King Street Wharf or for something casual with a great view go to Squires Landing at Circular Quay. Make sure you try our wonderful Aussie wines as well.
Must do in Sydney:
Catch our local ferry to Manly, where you will find harbourside restaurants and a beautiful beach. Or go for a walk through our Botanical Gardens, along the seawall with outstanding views of the harbour, which can be accessed alongside the Opera House.

Robyn
Loves adventure, laughter, family, travel, serving others, constantly learning and just having fun. My inner child is always on the move and my human self as she ages, gets so tired but everyday both our cups are full doing everything we love(except tax and BAS, we do not like either of those things)
Favourite Tour:
Story of Sydney Tour. It goes everywhere and gives guests a really great appreciation of just how huge Sydney really is as well as showing that even though we are only 230+ years old we still have a very extensive and interesting history. And we are home to the longest living continuous culture in the world. And that is pretty special.
Favourite Restaurant:
Take Sushi in Waterloo. They do a cheese sauce which reminds me of a Japanese restaurant back home in NZ that serves the same cheese sauce on their prawns. It is to die for.
Must do in Sydney:
That's a hard one but I reckon we have a pretty good public transport system which is so easy to use and it covers a lot of ground. You could do day trips to the mountains, the wineries, the South Coast and even down to
Canberra. -
Ben
Loves travel and adventure, meeting new friends and learning about other cultures, outdoor pursuits like hiking, surfing and scuba diving, finished with a red wine and a hearty meal.
Favourite Tour:
The Story of Sydney, and when getting out of town it’s the South Coast Southern Highlands
Favourite Restaurant:
I love a fancy meal as much as the next person but you'll most likely find me at a local pub enjoying the $15 meal of the day! Who doesn't love good value!
Must do in Sydney:
The harbour and the beaches are Sydney 'must-do's'. Catch any one of our iconic Sydney Harbour Ferries and explore a local neighbourhood. Manly is a great option - it has it all.
